I bought training myself. How long will my activation code be valid?

If you buy a training module in the catalogue, you will receive an activation code. This activation code is valid for one year after it is issued. By entering your activation code in your learning area, you can activate a certain training module. This training module is valid for one year after activation, unless otherwise specified or agreed.

I am follow training via my organisation. How do I log in?

We explain here how to log in with an account that your organisation has created for you. The first time you log in is different to subsequent log ins.

Login for the first time
After your organisation creates an account for you in Augeo academy's learning platform, you will receive an email with your login details. In the message, click 'Click here', and log in with your email and the password in the email. You will be directed to the login page. The first time you log in, complete your profile in this page. You may also change your password if you want to. After entering all the details, click 'Save'.

Login for the second time and higher
After you have logged in for the first time, you can log in directly to www.augeo.nl by clicking 'Log in' in the light green menu at the top of the screen. You are then directed to the login page where you can enter your email and password, or if necessary request retrieval of your password. Once you have logged in, you can get started immediately in your learning area.
