I have completed a training module. How do I get a certificate of participation?

Once you have completed all your training modules, you can download your certificate of participation. The download link is next to the training modules in your learning area. The certificate of participation will also be emailed to the address in your profile. If you change the details in 'My profile', the certificate of participation also changes. You can then print out the modified certificate of participation.

I failed the test, but I still received a certificate of participation. How is that possible?

The certificate of participation is just that: it proves that you took part, so you always receive such a certificate regardless of your test results. The certificate of participation does always show the test result. If there is no test associated with a training module, the certificate will show 'Not applicable' instead of a score.
