When does my Membership become active?

Once you have placed an order, your Membership becomes effective immediately.

The Membership covers too few Students. What now?

There are several possible solutions. We have extensively detailed all the alternatives here.

Is it possible to take out Membership for an ‘interim group’, say 50-75 Students?

Purchasing a Membership with a different Membership tier is not possible.

Is it possible to increase or decrease the number of Students within an existing Membership?

Reducing the number of Students within an existing Membership is not possible. Increasing the number, however, is possible. The courses covered by the Membership may be followed by the selected number of Students during the whole Membership period (which depends in turn on the length of Membership chosen). If you want to increase the number of Students, please contact Augeo via relatiebeheer@augeo.nl.

Is following a course included in the price of a Membership?

Yes. Students may follow all the courses covered by a Membership, as long as the agreed maximum number of Students in the chosen Membership is not exceeded.

When will I receive an invoice?

You will receive your invoice when placing an order and/or renewing a Membership. You can find these under 'Organisation administration' in your administration area under the invoices tab.

What is the difference in taking out Membership for 1 or 2 years?

A 2-year Membership allows Students to follow courses covered by the Membership for 2 years. In addition, you can train additional employees in the second year: the number depends on the tier purchased each year. Finally, the pricing policy means that a 2-year Membership works out cheaper per year than a 1-year Membership.

How do I renew my Membership?

Your membership can be renewed online in your administration area. Three months before your Membership expires, we will send you a message explaining how you can renew it. This is repeated one month before expiry. These emails will refer you to the offer which you can view in your administration area, so please check your inbox regularly.

If you do decide to renew, you have the option of continuing to provide the same Students with training, or adding Students who will be able to receive training in the following period. You can, therefore, select how many new Students you want to add to your Membership: the same number as in the previous period, or more or less.
If you choose not to renew your Membership, you can ignore this. Your Membership will expire automatically. After your Membership expires, you as administrator can no longer access the administration area. However, students can log in to their learning area up to seven months after Membership expires, allowing them to conclude their training, and where applicable, follow online refresher courses.

How do I cancel my Membership?

Your Membership expires automatically at the end of the Membership period. Before the Membership period expires, your organisation will have the option to renew the Membership. Membership is not renewed automatically.
